Company Ferlut sh.a. performs its trade activity in Tirane, Lagja 61, Rruga e Durresit. It has been established on march, 7 of 1992 as a Limited Liability Company ( Sh.p.k. ) and has been registered as a legal entity. Before that date, the company had been performing its activity at the city of Rrogozhina where it started the trade of spare parts for cars. At the end of 1993, company changed the headquarter,  it was displaced in Tirana, in a rented warehouse at Rruga Sami Frasheri, N. 29.
At that place Ferlut sh.a. traded for almost 2 years, then on march 1995 it has been displaced in another object, property of the owner, where it actually performs its activity. The property has a surface of 5000 m2, from which 40% is the building of two floors including offices and warehouse and the rest is parking for the customers’ cars.

The main object of Ferlut sh.a. activity is the trade of spare parts for cars, in which the main groups are:

  • Steering and suspension parts ( steering system, braking system, suspension system ), Lubricants ( oils, antifreeze, different cleaners, etc. )
  • Engine parts ( pistons, rings, cylinder liners, valves, gaskets and sets, seals, glow plugs, spark plugs, etc. )
  • Different parts like water pumps, bearings, electrical parts, clutch kits, etc.)

The strategy of the company has evolved according to the gradual changes that have been taking place in the market during the last 10 years. Concerning the suppliers of Ferlut sh.a., we are proud to declare the names of our partners which are always leaders in the world industry of spare parts. Our customers are always more and more either in qualitative or in quantitative features. The main categories of them are:

  • Private service stations
  • State institutions

Today as in the past, although the number of competitors is increased, Ferlut sh.a. is leader in the trade of spare parts in Albanian market. It is covering 30% of the total market. Because of the extension of its activity, the company changed its juridical form in 2000, from Sh.p.k. ( LLC ) to sh.a. ( Share holder company ).
At mid of  2003, Ferlut sh.a. was contracted from the Municipality of Tirana to perform the public transportation service in the main line, Unaza, in Tirana. That service is operated from a separated stuff, with comfortable buses. ( Details you’ll find in section Urban Bus Service. )
